Geoselect EOOD, heir to the The Sole Proprietor Company “Select Geology”, has been founded in the early 90-ies according to newly established corporate legislation in the country with the mission to meet the needs of investment project management in construction, to serve developers in the early stages of building and to consult and give engineering expertise in the geological field before any building gets started.

Over 400 sites have been explored ever since in partership with various construction engineering teams in Sofia and its broad surrounding areas.

Engineering geologist Martin Konstantinov, the founder of the company, has had 30 years of professional experience in the geological exploration of important national construction sites, the Vitinya tunnel on the northern Bulgarian highway of “Hemus” being among them, as well as of numerous production facilities and housing developments in Bulgaria and Nicaragua, Latin America.

At “Select Geology” we have a team of nearly 50 drilling experts, chemical analysts, excavation operators and construction angineers, chosen accoridngly to the specific needs and size of  a particular construction site.

Depending on  the height and weight of a building we employ one or a combination of the following methods – motor drilling, manual drilling and deep earth excavation.

We aim at working professionally at moderate prices. The lack of complaints and reclamations are  proof of the respect and good reputation we have gained among colleagues from the field of construction engineering.
